2Account Registration

3Age & Eligibility

Minimum Age Requirement to Use 13400 18 Years. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or playing any games. If a user is found to be under 18 years of age, the account will be closed and any deposited funds may not be refunded.

The platform cannot be accessed from prohibited countries or regions. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that online betting is legal in their jurisdiction.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

13400 supports transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment options may be added in the future.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (or the limit set by the applicable payment gateway)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500

• Deposits will only be refunded via the same payment method used.
• BKash or Nagad's own transfer charges may apply; these are outside 13400's control.

5Bonuses & Promotions

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable on the first deposit only. Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once.

• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Hacking, viruses, or any use of malicious software
• Use of automated betting bots or unauthorized scripts
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds

8Account Closure & Suspension

13400 may suspend or permanently close an account at any time and for any reason. This typically occurs in the following circumstances:

• Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed above
• Registering with false identity or information
